Yellow Cars requires prepayment on all airport and long distance pre booked journeys no later than 48hrs before the booking date (journeys booked with less time before will need prepaying asap).
Refunds will only be made if a cancellation is made 48hrs or more before the booking date.
Late/Short notice alterations to a booking can also incur a fee.
